R E T U R N S
All our jewelry is made to order + customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 10 days of delivery date for a full refund. Holiday purchases made between Nov 15-Dec 24 may be exchanged until January 15.

Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product + shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer takes responsibility for lost packages, please insure your exchange for the price of the jewelry.

If a product is found defective within 1 year, it will be exchanged for the same product, or same valued product if that style is no longer available, at no additional charge.
