Our jewelry is made of solid American hardwoods + hand-finished acrylics. Each multi-layered piece is meticulously hand-painted + finished on oxidized sterling silver + gold-filled findings.
Please note, due to the natural qualities + varying grain/color of wood, each piece is unique + yours will vary slightly from the one pictured.
What metals do I use for chains, and why?
I offer two chain options across most necklaces — here's what each actually means:
14K gold-fill {g} is not the same as gold-plated. It's a thick layer of real 14K gold permanently bonded to a brass core with heat and pressure, containing 100x more gold than standard plating. It won't chip, flake, or fade with normal wear, and with basic care it can last for years. It's the most durable gold option short of solid gold.
Oxidized sterling silver {s} is 92.5% pure silver — the same material used in fine jewelry — intentionally darkened through an oxidization process to give it a rich, smoky tone that I love for the way it grounds the colors in my designs. Sterling silver will naturally continue to patina over time; if you prefer a brighter finish, a quick polish with a silver cloth will bring it back.
Both are chosen for longevity and quality, not just looks — and neither contains nickel.
What is raw brass and how do I care for it?
Brass is a warm-toned metal alloy with a naturally rich, golden color — and a long history in quality jewelry and design. Unlike gold-fill, brass will develop a patina over time as it interacts with air and skin. Some people love this evolution; others prefer to maintain the original shine.
Your piece will arrive with a coat of protective of Renaissance Wax Polish, but the finish will patina and darken with time – depending on the humidity, level of handling, skin pH, etc. To keep it bright, buff occasionally with a soft dry cloth, or clean gently with a paste of lemon juice and baking soda, rinse well, and dry thoroughly. To slow patina, avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions, and store in a dry place or airtight bag when not wearing.
Brass can occasionally react with skin chemistry — if you're sensitive to metals, gold-fill or sterling silver may be a better choice for you.
Jewelry Care
Please be kind to your piece(s). All wood pieces are finished with a protective coat of varnish, however they are not made to be worn in water + storing in direct sunlight may warp your piece(s). Acrylic can scratch if stored with other jewelry, so its best to store it separately to avoid abrasion. Clean with a soft cloth.
Warranty
If a product is found defective within 1 year, it will be exchanged for the same product, or same valued product if that style is no longer available, at no additional charge.
{ Exchange / Return Policy }
All our jewelry is made to order + customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 10 days of delivery date for a full refund. Holiday purchases made Nov. 15-Dec. 24 may be exchanged or returned until January 15.
Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product + shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer takes responsibility for lost packages, please insure your exchange for the price of the jewelry.
Please note, we cannot offer returns / exchanges on custom + sale items.

California state residents will be charged sales tax during checkout.
{ Shipping + Production }
All jewelry is custom made for every order. Stud earrings are usually available to ship in 1-3 days. Typical production time for all other items is 3-5 business days, though we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping for domestic orders is sent via USPS First-Class Mail with devliery confirmation + are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
International
To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International Parcel + do not come with tracking nor do they include any customs due in the receiving country. If you require tracking, or want to get your package as soon as possible, it is usually about $30-45 for International Express Mail with delivery confirmation. Please email us if you would like this option + we will provide a quote. International orders are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
